or1 large unit of egg, whole, raw, fresh (50 g)or2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
or2 tbsp of Almond Milk, Unsweetened (15 g)
or1 tbsp of peanut Butter, smooth (16 g)
or1/2 tsp of vanilla extract (2 g)
