Super berry overnight oats for weight loss

Ingredients
or40 grams of porridge oats, unfortified
or150ml of water
or1 tbsp of sugar free syrup
or5 grams of raspberries
or5 grams of blueberries
or5 grams of seeds chia seeds
or20 grams of strawberries
Preparation
1.
Place oats in a mason jar
2.
Add the water and stir
3.
Top with raspberries, blueberries and chia seeds
4.
Drizzle over the sugar free syrup
5.
Close the mason jar, place in the refrigerator and consume when deisred
