Oat based waffle with protein and healthy fat

Ingredients

or1/4 cup of nuts, almond butter, plain, without salt added (63 g)
or1 medium unit (7" to 7-7/8" long) of bananas, raw (118 g)or1/2 cup of applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (122 g)
or1 cup of beverages, almond milk, unsweetened, shelf stable (262 g)
or1 tsp of leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium (5 g)
or1/2 tsp of leavening agents, baking soda (2 g)
