A unique way to spice up pizza night

Ingredients
or1/2 cup of sauce, barbecue (143 g)
or1 drained can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned, drained solids (253 g)
or1 fruit, without skin and seed of avocados, raw, California (136 g)
or1/4 cup, chopped of onions, raw (40 g)or1/4 cup, chopped of peppers, sweet, red, raw (37 g)or1/4 medium unit of artichokes, (globe or french), cooked, boiled, drained, without salt (30 g)or2 tbsps of olives, ripe, canned (small-extra large) (17 g)or1/2 cup of spinach, raw (15 g)or1/2 cup of spinach, raw (15 g)
or1 portion of pizza Dough (212 g)
Preparation
1.
Use store bought or homemade pizza dough, spread majority of 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce on crust, reserve 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce for chickpeas.

Rinse and drain chickpeas, place in bowl with 2 tbsp BBQ sauce. Mix sauce in and smash chickpeas until majority are smushed.
3.
Spread chickpeas evenly on pizza crust
4.
Chop desired vegetables and sprinkle over top chickpeas on crust
5.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until crust is slightly browned
6.
Add avocado on top
