Let me share a bit about myself - I was born and raised in Canada where I grew up playing tennis. I came to the United States on an athletic scholarship where I competed on the NCAA scene. Throughout my years as an athlete, I quickly became passionate about nutrition and finding ways to improve my performance on the court

But here's the twist: my passion for performance on the court ignited an equally strong passion for nutrition. That's why I dove headfirst into studying nutrition and dietetics, earning my master's degree from Florida International University in Miami.

Along the way, I've had the pleasure of working with athletes of all stripes – from high schoolers to collegiate level, but recreational athletes too. I've helped them fine-tune their performance, find their optimal body composition, and boost their overall health.

That's why I've delved into the world of eating disorders, gaining valuable insights into how our emotions and mindset are tied to what we eat.
