or120 grams of chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw

or1 dash of salt
or1/2 tsp of spices, paprika (1 g)
or1/2 tsp of garlic granules
or30 grams of kikkoman Panko Breadcrumbs
Preparation
1.
Place yogurt, parmesan, lemon juice, garlic and pinch of salt on plate, smooth with back of spoon, sprinkle with chives2.
Butterfly the chicken breast and flatten with a rolling pin.
Dip the chicken in whisked egg.
Combine breadcrumbs with paprika, salt, garlic and dip the chicken in the mixture.
