My journey as a Dietitian started when I read a book about nutrition that made me fall completely in love with this science. Since then I haven’t looked back.
After completing my bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, I decided to deepen my knowledge and skills with a master degree in Clinical Nutrition.
Having been working in the NHS setting for over 5 years, my work includes supporting people with different conditions, including gastrointestinal conditions (Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Coeliac Disease, Crohn’s Disease and Colitis), Cardiovascular disease, Weight management, Surgery (i.e. improve nutritional intake to support better surgical outcomes), and Nutritional support (i.e. helping individuals meet nutritional needs when regular eating isn’t possible).
