or75 grams of pepino cru
or50 grams of pimento cru

or1 unidade of ovo de galinha cozido (56 g)
or7 grams of cebola crua
or75 grams of courgette crua
Preparation
1.
Numa taça de vidro, coloque as folhas de alface, corte o tomate em pedaços pequenos e pique a cebola finamente; corte o pepino e o pimento em quatro e fatie; rale a courgette. Corte as delícias do mar e o ovo às rodelas fininhas. Tempere a gosto!
