The greatest gift that God conceived me was life. So, taking care of this gift (our physical and spiritual body) has always been present from an early age in my life, doing my best to keep it active and healthy. At the age of 20 I had already graduated as a " Esthéticienne " / cosmetologist at the European School of Aesthetics. When the possibility arose, I started my degree in nutrition sciences at Universidade Lusófona, concluding it in 2019. The ambition to promote health and well-being accompany my way of acting, believing that the human body should be treated holistically, taking individuality into account. I have been passionate about food / nutrition since I was a child, I was known for my peculiar and eccentric cooking!
