Danielle Gaffen, MS, RDN, understands these challenges firsthand. As a dietitian focusing on gastrointestinal and chronic health issues, including IBS, IBD, ostomies, and more, Danielle offers not just professional insight but personal experience. Her husband's journey with Crohn's disease and her mom’s experience with a temporary ileostomy have deepened her empathy and fueled her passion for nutrition as a pathway to better health.

With a BA in Kinesiology and an MS in Nutritional Sciences, Danielle's approach combines her academic knowledge with personal experience. She completed her dietetic internship at Utah State University and continues to extend her support through volunteer work with the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation and the United Ostomy Associations of America.

Danielle is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is dedicated to providing evidence-based, personalized nutrition strategies. Her mission is to empower individuals to navigate their health challenges and improve their quality of life through informed dietary choices.
