Hi! I’m an empathetic Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in gut health. My mission is to help individuals living with digestive conditions feel confident in achieving their health goals through practical, evidence-based guidance tailored to their unique needs and lifestyle. If you’re feeling confused about what to eat, or if your symptoms have led to a limited diet, weight changes, or fatigue--you’re not alone, and I’m here to help.
My approach is deeply personal--my husband has Crohn’s disease, and my mom had an ileostomy--so I understand how emotional and overwhelming nutrition decisions can feel when dealing with chronic illness. These experiences continue to fuel my passion for using nutrition as a tool for improved health and quality of life.
I earned my Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences and completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics at San Diego State University, along with a BA in Kinesiology. I completed my supervised practice hours through Utah State University and passed a national board exam to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I am also a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and am a medical volunteer with the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation.
With over five years of experience, I specialize in translating complex science into clear, achievable steps. I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals managing IBD, IBS, ostomies, and other chronic GI conditions to create sustainable, supportive plans that fit real life.
In our initial session, we’ll review your health history--including symptoms, medications, lab results, and lifestyle--to set meaningful nutrition goals. Follow-up sessions offer continued support to help you stay on track.
Let’s work together to create a sustainable game plan that works for you.
