Ingredients
or65 grams of cereals, QUAKER, Quick Oats, Dry
or1 medium unit (7" to 7-7/8" long) of bananas, raw (118 g)
or1/4 cup of beverages, almond milk, unsweetened, shelf stable (66 g)
or1 tsps, whole of seeds, flaxseed (7 g)
or1 tbsp of peanut Butter, smooth (16 g)
or1/4 oz (19 halves) of nuts, pecans (7 g)
or1 package of sweetener, herbal extract powder from Stevia leaf (1 g)
or1/4 tsp of salt, table (2 g)
or1/4 tsp of spices, cinnamon, ground (1 g)
or1 tbsp of cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, HERSHEY'S European Style Cocoa (5 g)
or1/4 tsp of leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium (1 g)
Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together mashed banana, flax egg (1 tsp ground flax + 3 tsp water), peanut butter, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Add milk, then whisk again until smooth. 3. Add the rolled oats and mix to combine. 4. Spray a 2-3 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray or oil. Pour in oat mixture. 5. Bake oats for 45 minutes. Serve warm, top with nuts (optional).
