About me

I started my wellness journey 14 years ago, when i became a model and was exposed to the constant search of the "perfect body".
I went from restricting calories to binge eating.
At the time i didn't have the tools to understand the nutritional needs of my body and the psychological needs of my well-being.

I decided then to start educating myself, learning about nutrition, exercise (im a barre instructor), emotional eating, supplements, loving myself.

Today I feel balanced in my relationship with food, my body , and grounded because I know how to manage my health.

After my struggle in the modeling world i made a promise to myself: Help girls to love and nourish themselves. Sharing what i have learned and coaching them to feel and look healthy, strong and beautiful.

My goal is to help you get to a place of loving and caring for yourself so you can stop worrying about your health and start living a balanced and fulfilling life.

I created Edsa Wellness to help you:

-Overcome emotional and disordered eating patterns

-Achieve your health goals and make sustainable lifestyle changes (no quick fix/diet)

-Help you transition to vegetarian or vegan diet.

-Increase mindfulness, self-motivation, confidence, optimism and insight
