🔸 Change Your Mindset: if you don’t believe chocolate and sweets can be included in a healthy diet, you’ll feel bad for eating them. Then, when you ‘screw up’ you’ll adopt the f*ck it attitude and just keep eating.
🔸 Give Yourself Permission To Eat Them: consider intentionally incorporating these foods with, or after, a meal once a day. Pre-portion the amount you want (not what the serving size says) and put the rest away.
🔸 Eat slowly: use your senses to eat mindfully.. take in the smell, look at the colours, taste the sweetness, do you hear a crunch or snap? How does it feel going down? Enjoy it!
