Ingredients

50 grams of cucumber, with peel, raw
or
40 grams of houmous (reduced fat preferable)
or
1/2 medium red, orange or yellow pepper, raw
or
1 Ryvita Cracker of Ryvita Fruit Crunch (15 g)
or
10 grams of seeds, chia seeds, dried
or
1 small portion of carrots, cut into batons (40 g)
or
1 stick of celery, raw (30 g)
Preparation
1.
Stir in the Chia seeds with the houmous
2.
Chop the veg and dunk into the houmous and enjoy
