Veg Sticks and Houmous

Ingredients
or50 grams of cucumber, with peel, raw
or40 grams of houmous (reduced fat preferable)
or1/2 medium red, orange or yellow pepper, raw
or1 Ryvita Cracker of Ryvita Fruit Crunch (15 g)
or10 grams of seeds, chia seeds, dried
or1 small portion of carrots, cut into batons (40 g)
or1 stick of celery, raw (30 g)
Preparation
1.
Stir in the Chia seeds with the houmous
2.
Chop the veg and dunk into the houmous and enjoy
