What is there to say.. garlic, thyme and potatoes.. what more could you want from a side dish ;-)
Ingredients
or680 grams of baby potatoes
or2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil
or3 cloves garlic, pressed
or1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
orsea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 230 degrees C (Gas Mark 8). Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with non-stick spray.2.
In a large pan of boiling water, cook potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes; drain.3.
Place potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet. Using a potato masher or fork, carefully smash the potatoes until flattened but still in one piece. Top with olive oil, garlic and thyme.4.
Place into oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
