Before you know it, you are looking in a mirror, completely exhausted, and you do not recognise yourself. The pressure of looking a certain way can lead to unhealthy lifestyle habits, it can effect our mental health as well as our physical health. Making changes is hard, breaking the old habits and developing new habits is hard, knowing what to do, and wading through all the conflicting information on the internet is hard, and that is what I can help you with.
