I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida and completed my dietetic internship with NutraCo. Over the years, I’ve worked in both clinical and private practice settings, supporting a wide range of clients — from athletes and active individuals to those navigating metabolic health, cholesterol management, and mindful eating. My own background as a former athlete fuels my passion for making nutrition both approachable and enjoyable.
I specialize in performance nutrition for athletes and active individuals, strength and body composition goals like muscle building and fat loss, weight loss, metabolic and cardiovascular health, and practical nutrition strategies for busy, on-the-go lifestyles.

In our first session, we’ll dive into your habits, routines, and goals, and build a plan you actually feel good about following. I use tools like food journaling and progress tracking to guide adjustments along the way and offer ongoing support and accountability between check-ins — because real progress comes from consistency, not perfection.
