A high-protein snack without any additives. Make 24 muffins, but 2 is a serving which provides about 274 kcal, and 8 g protein.

Ingredients
or2 cups of wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched (250 g)
or2 level teaspoons of baking powder (8 g)
or100 grams of protein powder, protein 45%, unfortified
or2 medium bananas, raw (236 g)
or2 tbsps of peanut Butter, smooth (32 g)
or2 regular egg, chicken, whole, raw (88 g)
or400 grams of milk, cow, fluid, reduced fat (1%)
or100 grams of oil, canola
or100 grams of sugar, white, granulated or lump
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add flour, baking powder, protein powder, and sugar to a bowl and whisk to remove any lumps.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix with a fork until combined.
