or100 grams of protein powder, protein 45%, unfortified
or2 medium bananas, raw (236 g)
or2 tbsps of peanut Butter, smooth (32 g)
or2 regular egg, chicken, whole, raw (88 g)
or400 grams of milk, cow, fluid, reduced fat (1%)
or100 grams of oil, canola
or100 grams of sugar, white, granulated or lump
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add flour, baking powder, protein powder, and sugar to a bowl and whisk to remove any lumps.3.
In a food processor or smoothie maker, blend banana, eggs, peanut butter, milk and canola oil.4.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix with a fork until combined.5.
Lightly spray oil into 24 silicone muffin cups in muffin trays.6.
Cook in hot (180 degrees Celcius) oven until lightly brown.
