I turned 50 years old. A few years ago, changes started in my body. The pounds came on, I felt more tired. I thought it was time to change because it's not normal that I don't have enough energy. I knew that Renata had already worked successfully with others. I spoke with Renata and we started the programme lasting a few months. She  helped a lot in everything from the normal daily water intake to the preparation of healthy meals and vitamins to the importance of sleep and exercise. Rena was there with me in every day, supporting and monitoring my days. If something was not optimal, we discussed it and she corrected it, for example, if there was too much sugar in the diet, or if the water intake was not adequate, or if I needed more protein and vegetables. I received recipes ideas from her with photos every day :) Week after week, the days went smoothly and the pounds off my body. The daily meals became more regular and substantial, and the amount of calories was also adjusted. I think that the drastic reduction in carbohydrate and sugar intake and the increase in water consumption, as well as gymnastics, helped me to have more energy week by week. However, the programme also required a lot of self-descipline. The first two weeks were just hard. I particularly enjoyed the gymnastics exercises, simple and short, 20 minutes per session, three times a week. This is really doable. I also walked a lot. At the end of the program, I was very happy to be able to wear a couple of my lovely outgrown clothes again :) Thank you, Renata!
