About me

As a commercial model, dedicated runner, lover of yoga, and strength training enthusiast, I know firsthand how a busy, active lifestyle impacts the food we eat. Juggling multiple passions means being mindful of nutrition, choosing foods that sustain energy levels, helping to improve productivity and performance throughout the day.

My passion lies in working one-on-one with women in their 40s, as well as facilitating group sessions and wellness retreats. I specialise in creating recipes and meal plans, simplifying complex nutritional information, and providing practical guidance to help individuals achieve their nutritional goals. This includes teaching cooking techniques, meal preparation strategies, and how to read and understand ingredient labels to make informed choices.

I am constantly educating myself, refining my knowledge, and staying up-to-date with the latest in nutrition and fitness to better serve those I work with.
