Hi, I'm Stephanie! I'm honored to be able to help you use nutrition as a tool to live a healthier lifestyle. I'm a compassionate Registered Dietitian with the knowledge to help support you in achieving your health goals with practical, realistic changes that don't have you feeling like you're sacrificing your favorite foods.
Professional Background:
I have my Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky (Go Cats!) with 9 years of professional experience. I have worked extensively in skilled nursing and rehabilitation with helping patients get back on their feet after significant health events and healthy aging. I have primarily worked in an outpatient setting the last two years helping patients with weight management, as well as management and improvement in chronic diseases, such as diabetes and heart disease. My most recent experience has especially been helpful working with patients with where they are at with behavior change and taking small, achievable steps to do so.

I also offer follow-up support between appointments via messages, when applicable, to ensure continuous progress
