I've always been acutely aware of how important food is; it's often the cornerstone of how we look and feel. Growing up around a competitive bodybuilding dad (a very good one!), never a moment went by where I didn't think about the impact of the food I put into my mouth...but that wasn't always a good thing...
When I became an athlete at university, I became overly-obsessed with what I was eating, convinced it was the way to create a leaner body and better results. I obsessed over my weight and my food and although I never suffered with a clinical eating disorder, it became hard for me to enjoy food and I STILL wasn't getting the results I wanted.
Fast forward ten years and I couldn't be happier with my sporting journey and my relationship with food is so much healthier, meaning I enjoy my sport and my life so much more.
Now I'm teaching other ambitious, busy people like me, how to do the same.
I've run successful group coaching programmes for entrepreneurs, athletes and other high performers, helping them to see the benefits of putting human health BEFORE performance and how improving their relationship with food and body image can help not only increase fulfilment, but have massive benefits on their productivity too.
I want to show everyone there is a SIMPLER way to find health and happiness through food.
