I am a dedicated registered, licensed dietitian passionate about helping clients achieve their health goals through personalized, evidence-based guidance. My specialties include weight management, eating disorders, sports nutrition, nutrition education, and meal preparation. I focus on holistic, sustainable approaches to support long-term health, creating individualized strategies for gradual weight loss or maintenance.
