or1 cup of spinach, raw (30 g)
or1/2 cup chopped of parsley, fresh (30 g)
or10 grams of mint, fresh
or1/2 cup arils of pomegranates, raw (87 g)
or15 grams (1 tablespoon) of pumpkin seeds
or1 tbsp, of flaxseed (10 g)
or2 units of dates, dried (30 g)
or1 cup of water (237 g)
Preparation
1.
Place all ingredients (just move the seeds in dates) in food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
