Ingredients
or100 grams of flour, wheat, white, self raising
or100 grams of alpro greek style Yogurt Plain
or1 teaspoon of mixed herbs, dried (1 g)
Preparation

Put all ingredients with some seasoning, slat and pepper into a blender and blend unitl forms a dough
I replace half the SR flour with spelt or almond flour2.
Then roll out into up to 4 rounds depending on the size you want
spread with a homemade or shop bought tomato based sauce
top with as many fineley chopped veggies as you can

Pile cheese on top
Bake for 30 minutes at 180degrees , ideally on parchement or might stick4.
serve straight from the oven whilst piping hot
