An excellent spread or yogurt topping. there needs to be 100 grams of fruit so all kinds of swaps can be done for the fruit and i use frozen mixed berries usually to get the diversity

Ingredients
or25 grams of seeds, chia seeds, dried
or3 grams of psyllium husk
or1 tbsp of honey (21 g)
or50 grams of blueberries fresh or frozen
or50 grams of strawberries, fresh or frozen
or50 mls water
Preparation
1.
In this order to stop it swelling too quickly, add to a blender water fruit honey chia psyllium husk
2.
blend immediately until thoroughly mixed, scrape the sides into the mixture , pulse again to add.
3.
pour into air tight jar and place in fridge to use after 15 minutes
4.
Will last one week in fridge
5.
serve on porrige , yogurt, overnight oats chia puddings, ice cream, or spread on toast
