Fitness and Nutrition for Mind, Body and Soul

About me

I founded Kaur Aura Fitness and Nutrition, after going through my fitness and nutrition journey. Unbeknownst to me at the start of my journey, I found out later that it took self-discovery, reconnecting with my inner being, and aligning mind, body, and soul, that only changed my approach to fitness and nutrition for the first time in my life ever, but I achieved amazing results... Not only with my body, but a new sense of inner self was found, and I now find myself on this incredible adventure with endless results.
I care about people, there is nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong and I want to be there for those that want to bring about change.
A core aim I want to achieve with Kaur Aura Fitness and Nutrition is for clients to reconnect with themselves and to find that inner infinite power that exists in us all, this is achieved by helping clients to increase their self-awareness and learn about the incredible capabilities and potential each individual possesses.
The lifestyle programs that I have created revert back to basics, rather than provide a client with the whole regular generic one-size-fits readily available nutrition plans, we instead, teach clients about nutrition and exercise by working closely with them to truly understand fully their individual needs and power.
My own experiences are heavily influenced by the programs I have designed, which are manageable, fun, and proven to work.
Since 2011 I have been working as a registered Midwife for the NHS, I am also a qualified level 4 nutritionist in weight management and sports performance. My work mainly focuses on empowering my clients to improve their health and well-being with fitness and nutrition in the Kaur Aura Way.

Chickpea pasta is used here as it’s high in protein. This pasta is usually available in all major supermarkets - check the ‘healthy’ or ‘gluten free’ aisles. If unavailable, substitute with another variety of pasta, but note that the nutritional information for the recipe will change.
