Easy, delicious salad you can prep the night before a day at work

Ingredients
or1 cup of spinach (30g)
or5g of rocket
or15g cherry tomatoes
or65g sweet potato
or52g sliced cucumber
or1 half of avocado (75 g)
or2 boiled eggs (medium)
or1 dash of salt
or1 dash of black pepper
or1 teaspoon of oregano
or1 teaspoon of olive oil
Preparation

Chop up all the ingredients and place in a bowl (except the eggs)⁣

Give it a good mix 🥄
