I have an Master of Public Health in Nutrition from UNC Chapel Hill and advanced training in functional nutrition. With two years of experience as a dietitian, I support clients with weight management, digestive issues, and metabolic health. I'm also a certified health coach with five years of prior experience helping clients build healthy habits through behavior change.

My approach is empathetic, holistic, and personalized, focusing on sustainable habits that work with your unique lifestyle. In our initial session, we examine your lifestyle, medical history, habits, preferences, and motivation. From there, we work on goal-setting and a plan that is tailored for you.
In follow-up sessions, we evaluate how things are going, and refine your goals and plan as needed. In between sessions, I check in periodically via messages.
