🍵✨ Guava Brew (Guava Leaf Tea)

A soothing Caribbean tea made by gently simmering fresh guava leaves. Lightly sweet, fragrant, and rich in antioxidants, it’s traditionally enjoyed after meals to aid digestion and support overall wellness.

Ingredients
or6 - 8 (4 grams of) fresh or dried guava leaves
or3 cups (16.9 fl oz) of spring Water (756 g)
or1 (4 grams of) cinnamon stick
ora drizzle (5 grams) of honeyor5 grams of agave, raw (Southwest)or1 single serve sachet of sugar, brown (3 g)
Preparation
1.
Bring the water to a boil.
2.
Add the guava leaves. and cinnamon stick (only no powder)
3.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes (until the water takes on a light golden color and gentle aroma).
4.
Strain into a cup. Add honey if desired.
5.
Enjoy warm.
