Easy "Tortilla de patatas"

Ingredients
or2 medium potato
or4 eggs (2 per person)
or1/2 onion
or1 clove of garlic
or1 full tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation
1.
Peel the onion and cut it. Place the oil in a non-stick skillet, the finely chopped garlic clove and the onion, and leave it over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes
2.
Wash and cut the potatoes into slices (not too thick) and add to the skillet. Cook until tender
3.
Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper
4.
After the potatoes are cooked, add the eggs. With the help of a fork, smash the potatoes and re-stir everything
5.
Cook ( medium-high heat) with the pan covered. Then turn the tortilla over, turn off the heat and cook on the other side with the residual heat
6.
Serve with a green leafy salad
