or1 tsp or packet of mustard, prepared, yellow (5 g)
or1/3 cup, sliced avocados
or2 medium slices (1/4" thick) of tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average (40 g)
or1 cup shredded of lettuce, green leaf, raw (36 g)
or1 wrap of wholemeal Tortilla Wrap Sainsburys (64 g)
or4 portions of turkey slices (92 g)
Preparation
1.
Assemble the turkey wrap by layering in the order the ingredients are listed. Wrap, cut, and serve.
2.
Will keep wrapped in saran wrap for 3 days if you are making it in advance for lunch for the week.
