High protein bagel with cream cheese and egg

Ingredients
or68 grams of high protein seeded bagel
or1 unit of eggs, chicken, whole, boiled (50 g)
or1 sandwich portion of cheese, spreadable, soft white, low fat (30 g)
Preparation

Boil the egg, chop it and mix with the cream cheese.

Slice the bagel and spread with the previous egg mixture. You can add any spices or fresh herbs you like.
