I am a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutritional Sciences who is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve optimal health with evidence-based nutritional guidance.
I'm originally from New Jersey, but made a big move to San Diego where I now work full time at UCSD Health's Eating Disorder Center. Prior to my work at UCSD Health, I worked at the Eating Disorder Unit in Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center. I am passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their body through recovery.
My expertise extends beyond the realm of eating disorders/disordered eating and behavioral health. I also have a 8+ years of a personal training experience with a specialization in fitness nutrition. My ultimate goal is to empower you to forge a harmonious relationship with food and fitness through sustainable changes, leading to a healthier, more fulfilling life. Food plays one of the biggest roles in both our physical and mental health, and I aim to make healthy eating easy for you - because it can and should be!
