About me

Holistic nutritionist specializing in recipe development, sports nutrition, and child development. Prior experience working at FLDOH- WIC; Women, Infant, & Children program, as well as Vale Food Co. Attended rotations for nutrition in Community, Food Service Management, & multiple Clinical sites.

Completed Bachelor of Science Dietetics at Florida State University, alongside a Minor in Child Development. Attended lecture seminars in AUS/NZ for Exercise & Motivation - From Inactive to Athlete Populations, allowing unique perspective on community and beginning physical activity or an exercise regimen.

Currently at Momentum as a personal trainer & nutritionist while working to pursue a Masters in Sports Nutrition.
