Refreshing and delicious salad made with seasonal fruits and vegetables
Ingredients
or240 grams of mixed leafy greens, washed and dry
or2 peaches cut in slices (290 g)
or1 sliced cucumber (39 g)
or1/2 thinly sliced red onion (40g)
or30 grams of walnutsor30 grams of pumpkin seeds
or2 tbsp (20g) of olive oil
or3 tbsp (30g) of apple cider vinager
or1 tsp (5g) of Dijon Mustard
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, sliced peaches, cucumber, red onion, and walnuts.2.
In a small bowl, whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and freshly ground black pepper.3.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Gently toss to coat the ingredients evenly.4.
Crumble the feta cheese over the top of the salad.
