"It is not a diet, It is a LIFESTYLE"

About me

I am a passionate nutritionist from Colombia with an Honours Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics from the National University of Colombia. I have always been interested in sports and was actively involved in track and field during my university years. Proper nutrition is essential for health, well-being, and athletic performance.

As a nutritionist, I aim to empower people to develop a positive relationship with food and their bodies, helping them achieve their fitness and health goals sustainably and enjoyably. I have experience managing chronic diseases, women's health, digestive issues, and sports nutrition for fitness and performance. I also graduated from Fitness and Health Promotion from Algonquin College.

Aside from my professional life, I enjoy cooking, dancing, hiking, and spending time with my family. I believe that being dynamic, spending time outdoors, sharing meals with loved ones, and trying out new experiences are essential elements of a healthy lifestyle.

This lemon quinoa and chickpea salad can be served warm, at room temperature, or chilled.

The chickpeas boost the fibre and protein content of the salad even more, which may help in keeping you feeling fuller and reduce your calorie intake at meals if fat loss is your goal in the new year.
