Edamame Sushi Bowl

All the flavours of vegan sushi, none of the assembly!

Ingredients
or100 grams of sushi Rice
or1 fruit, without skin and seed of avocados, raw, California (136 g)
or2 tbsps of soy sauce made from soy (tamari) (36 g)
or2 cups of edamame, frozen, prepared (310 g)
or2 tablespoons of sesame seeds (24 g)
or10 grams of seaweed, nori, dried, raw
Preparation
1.
Cook the rice as per instructions. Then cover and leave to cool.
2.
Cook edamame beans if they are frozen, if they are fresh they don't need cooking.
3.
Slice the avocado
4.
Put the cooled rice into a bowl, add the edamame, avocado, sesame seeds soy sauce.
5.
Tear up the nori sheets and garnish the dish
6.
Enjoy!
