quicker than a takeaway, these pizzas can be personalised to suit however you feel

Ingredients
or1 large pita (6-1/2" dia) of bread, pita, whole-wheat (64 g)
or1 level tablespoon of tomato puree (15 g)
or30 grams of violife Original Flavour Grated
or30 grams of sweetcorn kernels, canned in water, drained
or1 unit of peppers, jalapeno, raw (14 g)
Preparation
1.
spread the tomato puree on the pita as the pizza sauce
2.
sprinkle over the vegan cheese, jalapenos and sweetcorn
3.
toast under the grill or bake until the cheese is melted
