one-stop traybake: feel free to substitute any vegetables and seasonings

Ingredients
or380 grams of plant Pioneer Meat Free Meatballs
or2 cups, cubes of sweet potato, raw, unprepared (266 g)
or2 medium unit of carrots, raw (122 g)
or1 medium unit of leeks, raw (160 g)
or1 chopped cup (1/2" pieces) of cauliflower, raw (107 g)
or200 grams of aubergine, raw
or3 grams of mixed herbs, dried
or1 tablespoon of oil, rapeseed (11 g)
or1 tbsp of vinegar, balsamic (16 g)
Preparation
1.
Preheat the oven to about 180 degrees

Chop all the vegetables into cubes or slices about 3cm at the biggest
3.
Toss vegetables and meatballs in the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and seasonings
4.
Bake for about 1 hour
