Ingredients
or4 large units of onions, raw (600 g)
or1/2 medium unit of pepper, capsicum, red, raw (80 g)
or3 cloves of garlic, raw (9 g)
or1 level tablespoon of tomato puree (15 g)
or1.5 teaspoons of paprika (5 g)
or1 whole tsp of spices, cumin seed (2 g)
or1 tsp, leaves of spices, thyme, dried (1 g)
or120 grams of oatly Creamy Oat
or400 grams of beans, butter, canned, re-heated, drained
or1/2 unit yields of lemon juice, raw (24 g)
or1 tbsp of parsley, fresh (4 g)
or1 tsp of dried Crushed Chillies (3 g)
or1 level teaspoon of salt (5 g)
or1 level teaspoon of pepper, black (2 g)
or1 tablespoon of oil, rapeseed (11 g)
Preparation

Sauté the Veggies: In a medium-sized frying pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions and bell pepper until they’re soft and caramelized.

Add garlic and spices, cooking for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together beautifully. Add the Beans and Cream: Stir in the butter beans with their liquid, followed by the oat cream. Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
3.
Squeeze in the lemon juice, give it a good stir, and adjust the seasoning to your taste and top with optional garnishes if using, and enjoy your dish hot!
