An Online Health Coach with a First Class Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition, Exercise and Health, I have dedicated the past 6 years of my life to studying the art of self-improvement through Nutrition and Healthy Habits. This encompasses principles of training and exercise, sleep optimisation, stress management techniques, mental health first aid, work-life balance and plenty more.
