Eat to live; Live to Eat

About me

Culinarian turned Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion to help others create healthy habits.
I have experience in Culinary Arts, renal (kidney) nutrition, nutrition education, and health/wellness promotion. I am hands-on in teaching and like to show you how-to, for example, cooking demos, meal prep, grocery shopping, pantry make overs, and walk n talk sessions.

What I do:

I evaluate the foods you eat, determine what your body needs, and then recommend how to fit it all in. We can work together to discover what motivates you and set steps to reach your health goals.

What you can expect:

Excellent communication, support, and provide creative solutions all the way to help you achieve your goals.
