About me

Disease is a clue that something has been going wrong for a long time.

In order for diseases to develop, a certain percentage of cells become dysfunctional.

With heart disease, plaque may reach 90% or greater before it’s diagnosed.

Before the diagnosis, you may have been telling everyone how good you feel.

There is a point in the health of an organ where the number of cells have exceeded the point where you can “feel” healthy.

My job as a Holistic Nutritionist & Herbalist is to turn the cells back to normal as long as it’s not too late.

I do this with nourishment and cellular detoxification strategies.

Nourishment involves using high-density food and supplements.

Detoxification involves using herb combinations & nutrients to repair systems in the body.

Detoxing is more of a repair process and less about cleansing.

Once cells begin nourishment, they will begin to start reproducing in a healthy way again.
