I empower you to embrace an abundance mindset and nourish your body with plant-forward eating.

About me

I’m a compassionate, inclusive, and evidence-based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I believe that food should fuel your life—not control it—and I’m here to help you build a nourishing, sustainable relationship with food through personalized, judgment-free nutrition counseling.

I earned my degree in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota and completed my dietetic internship in 2014 through Iowa State University with a focus on clinical and public health nutrition. With several years of experience in both private practice and community-based programs, I specialize in sports and endurance nutrition, eating disorder recovery, and plant-based fueling. I also hold a BA in Anthropology and Global Development Studies from Grinnell College, which informs my inclusive, culturally sensitive approach to care.

I have extensive experience in the following areas of focus:
-Nutrition counseling for disordered eating
-Sports and endurance nutrition (running, cycling, triathlon)
-Plant-based and vegan nutrition
-Pregnancy and post-partum nutrition
-GI support, allergies, and food intolerances
-Body image and intuitive eating support

Our first session is all about getting to know you—your health history, current habits, goals, and the role food plays in your life. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your physical and emotional well-being, without rigid rules or restrictions. Follow-ups are flexible and collaborative, offering ongoing support, nutrition education, and strategy adjustments to keep you progressing with confidence.

I’d love to support you on your journey to feeling strong, nourished, and at peace with food.
