Nutrition for life, health and recovery

About me

I am an Advanced Skills Enrolled Nurse specialising in Nutrition and Nutritional Counselling.
Why?
I believe our body is an amazing organism which, in the optimum circumstances, can provide us (the soul living within its skin) a long and healthy life.
I strongly align my beliefs with the principles of Intuitive Eating and the belief that our bodies will gravitate towards what is good for us if we allow them, and if we are taught from a young age, rather than struggling through the difficulties and traumas of our informative years.
I have a specific interest in cancer and immune disorders - I have seen the difference that a healthy lifestyle and a positive outlook can have on dealing with diagnosis, treatment and recovery, both in duration and severity.
I assist my clients by taking the time to explain their treatments, surgeries and what to expect along their journey, something their team of Doctors and Specialists don't always have time to do.
My goal is to assist my clients in their journey from diagnosis to recovery (or acceptance) whilst remaining as healthy and in control as possible.
