Eat healthy, live longer the Mediterranean way!

About me

I am a registered Nutritionist, who grew up following the Mediterranean Diet on the Tuscan hills of Italy. I specialise in creating personalised nutrition plans tailored to your unique needs, goals, and biology, using a range of evidence-based, safe and effective tools and techniques.

After studying Biology with a specialisation in Human Physiopathology from the University of Pisa in Italy, I specialised in Genetics in London and worked as a Clinical Scientist in the UK for many years. I then decided to pursue a career in natural medicine and I returned to university to study a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen.

I have a special interest in nutrigenomic and gut microbiome, I believe that food is medicine, and with the right guidance and knowledge, anyone can achieve optimal health and live a healthier, longer life.
